Directions:
Prepare the Coatings: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs with the milk. In a third shallow dish, combine the panko bread crumbs, shredded cheddar cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Coat the Chicken: Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Dip into the egg mixture, then coat with the cheddar-panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Bake the Tenders: Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray to help them brown. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
Serve: Remove the chicken tenders from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
